Getting Started

New to Reevo? Learn how to set up your account and configure the basic settings required to use the platform so you can start winning faster
  1. Set Up Your Company Profile: This information helps personalize your workspace and ensures your CRM reflects accurate business details.
  2. Account and Contact Creation: Decide how Reevo creates new accounts and contacts based on your interactions. These settings apply at the organizational level and can be updated later by an admin via Setting → Record creation
    • Capture All: Creates records for everyone you interact with, whether or not they’re already in your CRM. Reevo scans recent emails and meetings to help build your initial contact database.
    • Existing Accounts: Creates records only for people linked to existing accounts in Reevo CRM, keeping your data focused and organized.
    • Outbound Only: Creates records only for emails or meetings that you initiate. This helps maintain control and reduces unwanted inbound records.
    • Do Not Capture: Disables automatic record creation. Contacts can be added manually when needed.
Blocked Domains & Emails: Exclude specific email domains such as gmail.com or yahoo.com from automatic record creation. This helps filter out personal or generic addresses while keeping your CRM data clean. You can still manually add contacts from these domains anytime.
  3. Integrations
    • Gsuite: Connect your gmail and google calendar to Reevo to streamline outreach, track engagement, and automate follow-ups. This ensures every interaction is logged automatically and helps your team stay organized.
    • Zoom: Enable Zoom to sync meetings and improve visibility across your communication tools.
  4. Workspace Setup
    • Set up your team: Invite teammates by entering their email addresses and assigning roles. Shared access ensures everyone can collaborate on contacts, meetings, and deals seamlessly.
    • Create a calendar link: Define working hours, select available days, and add buffer times before or after meetings. Contacts can use this link to book meetings directly based on your availability. Each new meeting automatically creates or updates contact records in Reevo CRM, eliminating manual data entry and ensuring every touchpoint is tracked.
    • Customize your opportunities: Define your sales cycle by creating stages that match your team’s process — for example: Cold → Reached Out → Demo Scheduled → Contract Sent → Closed Won. Stages can be renamed, reordered, or expanded as needed. This setup provides clear visibility into deal progress and supports automation for follow-ups and reminders.
